Belinda Jane Railton-Edwards

I trained with Simon Low at The Yoga Academy and mostly teach in Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk. I also assist Simon Low on teacher training intensives. My classes include strengthening and stretching work along with pranayama and meditation. I am passionate about the human body and continually study with renowned teachers to deepen my knowledge. In addition to general classes I also teach a dedicated weekly class for those going through and recovering from cancer treatment. General classes are suitable for most people and all comers are welcome.
