Physical poses (asanas) have aided my regaining mobility and strength of a dislocated and fractured shoulder.

Posture has also enabled me to materially mitigate sciatica following a slipped disc, and to abandon the historic prescribed pain killers and muscle relaxants.

Developing my breathing (Pranayama) has been amazing in calming my mind and even relaxing at the dentists!

Based on this experience, classes I teach are to assist pupils integrate yoga into their lives for the mental and physical and spiritual benefits they can derive.
